BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE POLICIES BELOW. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION IN HELPING US PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE TO ALL OUR CLIENTS.

DEPOSITS

Kaylen Vo Beauty requires a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of $25/$50/$100 from all clients and a credit card to be kept on file to set up your appointment. The amount of the deposit depending on which services you are booking. This goes towards your service.

LATE POLICY

Please call/text our salon's number if you're running late. We will do our best to make it work.

If we can modify your appointment, there's a charge of $20 fee for 15 minutes.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

Remember, there are appointments scheduled before and after yours, so please be considerate of our time and others.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel/reschedule your service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full service fee.
A NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged the full price of the appointment and/or forfeit your deposit. Also will be asked to pre-pay when booking future appointments.

NO REFUNDS

All services are non-refundable. However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if Kaylen Vo BEAUTY agrees it is needed.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider...not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 24 hours to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Complimentary services will not be allowed 48 hours past the initial service date.

EXTRA PEOPLE

It's important for us to focus to give you the best service possible. As such, we ask that you do not bring children, pets, friends, or spouses to your appointment. Please come alone.

CHILDREN UNDER 16 POLICIES

To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our clients, WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO ACCOMPANY PARENTS TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS. It is simply not a safe environment for children. Children under the age of 16 may book services, but they must stay under the supervision of an adult who is required to be with them the entire time.

CELL PHONES

To give you the full attention you deserve and to provide a relaxing environment for everyone, we request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent while receiving services and quietly converse in our waiting area or outside.

OUR SERVICES

We aim to give you the best possible spa experience. Our service providers take the time to read your consultation forms, listen to you during the in-person consultation, and assess what would work best for you. Our providers are well-trained and knowledgeable; if a certain service will not work well for you or may compromise the integrity of your body/hair/skin/lashes, they may decline to perform that service.

LASH APPOINTMENTS

Come in with no makeup/mascara on your lashes.

Caffeine before your appointment can cause jittery lids, please limit intake prior to your service.

A fill in has to be completed within 3 weeks of your original full set and have 40% retention or it will be booked as another FULL SET.

You have 48 hours from your appointment to notify us of issues or touch ups needed. After that, a fee will be charged.

FOREIGN FILL (Other Artists Work)

If you are coming in for a fill from another lash artist's work, please be aware that we may need to perform a full removal and apply a new set. This is due to variations in training and techniques, and to ensure that we maintain the highest quality of service and lash health. Our priority is to provide you with the best results possible.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and salon menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.

DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE

We do not allow any drugs or alcohol in our salon or on our premises, please do not come into the salon intoxicated. This impacts your service provider's ability to deliver a quality service with the desired outcome. If you are under the influence and not able to behave appropriately, we will ask you to leave, and you will be charged for the full price of your session.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) due at the time of service. No exceptions.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is up to the discretion of each client, and we are always extremely grateful. The industry average is 10%-25% of the service.

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN CARRY AND/OR FIREARMS IN OUR BUILDING.
